Tepebasi Tulip Festival (mid-March) Walks and displays to celebrate the Cyprus tulip (Tulipa Cypria) and a wide range of activities – including bicycle tours, dancing and a pinball competition, in villages near Lapta.

This festival, which is organized every year by Famagusta Municipality, attracts a great deal of attention from many people. The festival, which is held in June and July, hosts internationally renowned pop, jazz and classical music artists. In this festival, which is very important in terms of culture, art and tourism, famous artists give concerts in the historical monuments of the Famagusta region. In addition, this festival has recently hosted names such as Berlin Art Ensemble, Los Paraguayos, Aswad, as well as names such as Bülent Ortaçgil.
